Client A

Client A was a long-serving employee for her company. She was a local resident and was employed by a local organisation.

There were allegations of misconduct and gross misconduct, threatening her career. She attended her Disciplinary Hearing on her own and without representation, and she was dismissed.

She took the decision to seek law advice from advisor, Tony Campbell, at Centre 63. After 2 consultation sessions with him, she appealed the decision to dismiss.

The allegations were unfounded, and with the help of Tony Campbell's advice, she was reinstated.

Client B

Client B was an employee of a local firm in Merseyside. He suffered from a long term illness, and was unable to work for approximately 15 months.

He came to see Tony Campbell at Centre 63, and enquired about holiday pay policies. After a consultation session with Tony, a meeting was arranged to discuss outstanding holiday pay with his employer.

It was discovered that the employee was owed outstanding holiday pay, and payment to the client is imminent.
